LOCATION 

AFP Tech Srl is located in Olginate, 30 km north from Milan (Lombardy, northern Italy). We are easily reachable from the three airports of Milan area (Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Milan Orio al Serio) and by car.

PRODUCTS

The core business of AFP Tech Srl are metallic wire mesh products and other separation equipment.

Our main products are:

- wire mesh separators also called wire mesh demisters or demisters
- internals for columns as vane packs separators, inlet devices, liquid-liquid separators etc
- metallic wire mesh products for technical applications like mechanical, refrigeration, insonorisation etc.

PRODUCTION

Our products are divided into two different types:
1. products from materials like sheets, plates, rounds and processes like drilling, welding, bending (as vane pack, ST inlet devices etc.). This kind of products are manufactured in our bigger plant.
2. products made by metallic wires and processes like weaving with special textile machines, crimping and cutting of wire meshes. This kind of products are manufactured in our smaller plant.

AFP Tech Srl invests a lot of its resources in R&S activities. The three main topics are:
• Development of new methods of sizing and calculation of products already in our catalogue.
• Research of new possible applications for our separators.
• Development of new products not included in our standard production.

Our technical office is always ready to co-operate with our customers to obtain the best performances in terms of separation, pressure drop and process quality 
Drawings, reports and calculations: our technical department always supplies the drawings of our products both in .pdf and .dwg formats.
At customer's request we can supply preliminary technical reports based on working conditions and with results and graphics about the performances.

Being a flexible and responsive company, our goal is to meet the needs of our customers. We generally supply technical reports and commercial offers in the shortest possible time and also the production department provides rapid response.
MARKETS AND PARTNERSHIPS: our customers are mostly located in northern and central Italy but we sell our products in other European countries and outside Europe directly or, more often, through close co-operation with partners specialized in the industrial representation of technically advanced products for the worldwide Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation markets.
EXHIBITIONS: we take part in important exhibitions like, for example, OMC in Ravenna
AFTER SALE SUPPORT: we are always at the disposal of our customers to solve any kind of problems or doubts related to the use or the installation of our products.
DOCUMENTS: we also supply all the documents our customers may need as material certificates, quality certificates or origin certificates.
NOTE: we do not supply any working team for mounting and unmounting of our internals or for inspections of plants and columns.
